Has anyone successfully transitioned to product manager roles from SAP/ERP consulting to faangmula? How was your preparation?

I feel stuck as a Strategy Manager and want to make a career pivot at 35. But have no idea what i should do? Any suggestions, resources or books that I should read to help with my existential mid thirties crisis? I have experience in technology consulting, corporate strategy, freelance consulting and law. Do I go back to being an Attorney, or do I retrain and become a financial advisor or something else?

As my title indicates, I'm both a product and a privacy counsel at my tech co. The product is consumer-facing and deals w/ privacy issues, so lots of overlap. I'm relatively junior, and currently am in the position of being able to commit to one path or the other. Anyone been here before and have thoughts on career progression for the two tracks?

My work priorities, in order: WLB; predictability; $$$; interesting work

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked.
