Hey,I worked at Quantiphi and joined 2 months back and project was already in red i was not informed about and they ask to me work on Saturday and 10+ after the joining in 1 meeting and yesterday i got mail from manager about the performance issue but there are no such things I gave my best and everything they send other teammates also that have joined with already project is in red and everything I have worked on sat and 10+ also and Last company I got laid off and I got this job two month back

My manager continues to ask me to help other teams and do work on other billable projects. I’m sick of it .. and I’m going to explicitly say that no I can’t do it because my hours are taken by the existing project we are doing. Is this appropriate?

Is there an appropriate way to turn down an assignment because it is non-billable? Two of the partners I work for keep asking me to write client bulletins and articles with them, which is great, but now I’m starting to worry about meeting my billable hours requirement.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

I seem to go through this cycle where I'll try to fix a problem, fix it and then go back to my old ways. I'm trying to fight against it but basically my performance review is coming up and I think it's likely I'm going to be let go because of my failure to meet expectations. Could someone tell me what exactly is the role of Analyst- Product development at American express.

I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting,Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). What salary should I ask for. I mean any average CTC looking at the current market and my YOE.

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
