I got an offer from Accenture and Capgemini
My lwd is 22nd April and I sense like my project manager is planning to release me early when still 2 months are left
My question is will I get my salary for those 2 months?
How to deal with this situation?

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…

That project is short term and they are asking to complete the development within 2 weeks and I am the only one resource... I told my tech skills to my pm... He said no other resources is available to replace you.... What should I do now....
