Hello All, I am business analyst having about 5 plus years of experience in retail banking- payments and cards I have an offer with Luxoft as a consultant for 15 LPA and IBM as a advisory cosultant for 17.67 LPA both of them are fixed pay. canada vs. US salaries at Amazon? I’m interviewing for a role at amazon. Any insights on if the salaries advertised for US roles are comparable for Canadian roles? I don’t want to give my range - in fear that I’ll undersell myself. Any insights? (It’s for a senior proposal manager role -10+ years experience)

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours? I am in my first full year on track for pretty low hours (~1500) but the actual realized fees (after writedowns) are still double my yearly salary. Is it because firms know they could replace someone like me with an equivalent attorney who would bill more?
