Hey PwC fam - 2 questions

1) Can you negotiate the number of PTO days at PwC when you're given an offer? 15 day seems pretty low, especially for an experienced hire. I see it increases to 22 after 2 years.

2) Has PwC been giving sign on bonuses? I'm looking at cyber. Is there a repayment clause for leaving within X months? Any advice for getting a sign on bonus?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I’m afraid of settling at a lower price than what they can do at the top end of the range! Do I anchor by asking for an outrageous figure or let them offer a salary figure first?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate.
