130 seems high, but depends on a lot of things. Check Glassdoor.
Ok I am a UXR in the USA so take this all with a grain of salt. In the US depends on where we live and not just your experience but the position title, is it research lead / senior or not. 90-130k seems like a pretty good range, 130 USD may be a bit high for non-senior positions. I’m in a major city so I started making close to 130k after 3 years in the industry as a senior UXR, previous experience outside the industry not dissimilar to you but I do not have a masters. Senior / lead roles can def pay more.
There isn’t a ton of standardization in the industry so you will get people offering ranges across the board. I’m on a contract with Verizon now which means no benefits or pto (LOL America) but I make close to $150k paid hourly.
If depends on where you live
