The process is initial screening > first round > loop interviews (usually 3-4) > final round. The recruiter should be able to share the skills being assessed at each stage.
Depends on the BP&O teams. Some of the sales and enablement teams don’t require SQL. My team interview is pretty SQL heavy.
I'll just guess that there will be sql. Everything is in stone sort of database. I don't see how you could get by without it =]

I'm in biz ops and planning at another FAANG and no SQL. But I'm pretty sure to get to the next level up, I will need SQL.

How difficult is sql? How did you guys learn it? Any great resources you guys used to prep?
Super easy:
# pull some data
Select
Colname
From table
# sum some data
Select
Colname1,
Sum(colname2) as colname2_sum
From table
Group by colname1
# filter abd sum some data

Where colname3 = "active"
Group by colname1
That's probably 50% of what you need to know. Learn a few other things like joins, having, CTEs, etc and you are in ok shape as an analyst.
