Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

Anyone with psychologist partners or friends? Trying to help my wife figure out next steps in her career. Currently is a clinical psychologist seeing about 20 ppl/week for 120-130 dollars a person (she currently takes insurance). IMO this limits her overall earning potential. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better.
