my J1 wants to do a Hybrid model once a week. I'm far from the office and my Manager negotiated with leadership to make it once a month but I think even that's too much for J2, I want to keep the job but I feel like I'm back into a corner to find a new J1.

I'm in final interviews for another job and I'm thinking of adding it as my J3, but i'm curious if anyone has leveraged an outside offer to stay remote/get a higher salary and if they have any tips?

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.

I wish I was overemployed. Searching for gigs, but nothing yet. Any tips on how to get one or more extra jobs?

Currently have J1 as current employer used The work one for my BC. I looked at Equifax/ The work one to see if J2 uses that service, fortunately they don’t.
Question - if J2 runs a BC for J1 and Finds out I am still employed isn’t that a red flag?
