Probably 65 but good god get out of the northeast. It’s 75 and sunny here
EY Carolinas are currently hurting for tax peeps though so you probs have some negotiating room honestly
Gonna go based on 3 rated, bachelor degree, 60-65k. More than likely will stay higher this year then get banded down at your next progression if you transfer internally
KPMG , starting salary for southeast staff 1 in Assurance is approx $52k, I’d assume tax is right around there too. Generally all low COL except Miami
That’s pretty good! Thanks EY1.
How much is the starting salary for new staff then? 60 seems really low unless the new staff is starting below 50.
60k is exactly right in Florida.
KPMG2, I know! Can’t wait to get out of here! South is calling my name 😂
Low 60s
60s are pretty good considering the low COL. Everything in NE is ridiculously overpriced with no justification .
