What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Hey, ZS was my first company. It's an awesome place if you want an aggressive growth and enjoy the hustle culture. If you don't, avoid going there because ZS is very unforgiving for moderate performers. Almost everyone there is willing to slog a lot, and hence, the hustle culture is promoted.
Besides, based on your experience, at 4.5 years, you should try for Consultant role and not Associate Consultant. Usually ZS promotes Associates to Associate Consultant role in 2-2.5 years, and then to Consultant in another 2-2.5 years. DM if you want details.
i have heard zs has a very toxic work cultutre,is it true?
