I have bagged the Decision Analytics Associate Consultant offer at ZS. Honestly, they are offering a 70-80% hike in my current CTC, but I am a bit afraid after seeing ZS reviews. They have a 2.1 rating of work-life balance on Ambition Box, with comments about toxic culture and politics. I have around ~4.5 YoE, and this will be my first switch. I wanted to explore something outside for a better monetary value, and got this first offer. What would you guys recommend or advise? Thanks!

We’re having an Indian wedding on a Sunday with ceremony in the morning, followed by lunch, and then cocktail hour + reception.

Given that the wedding starts early, we will have guests (~30) flying in the day before. What is the expectation in terms of arranging dinner for them? Considering having a hands an experience on 4-5 Projects with Internship Certificates, Is it possible to get an opportunity directly into a Data Scientist Role(NLP/ML)?

Or should i go and work as an Analyst first and then look for an opportunity at more adv role?
