Looking to make a jump in careers to another outside sales role and looking for 200k+ all in.

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Recently, I resigned from TCS and my last day was there on October 27,2022 and today I got an email from FNF team and in they email they are asking to paid some amount due on me to Paid within 15 days receiving of this email. Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months..
