I think the white six sigma belt one (forget the exact name) is free and that whole series is pretty popular; otherwise PMP is a solid choice.
Also depends what area you wanna focus on. Lots of analytics focused certs like Tableau or Power BI or Azure, but I would let your company pay for those instead.
Yes I think for early roles in any consulting firm (I work at a healthcare strategy firm) you can differentiate with technical capabilities like tableau/BI. PMP is useless. I don’t think certifications in general are an issue for you though- if you have an MPH and public health experience, and are looking for entry level, you don’t need to add credentials

I’d focus on more analytics focused certs (BI/Tableau) given you’re very early in your career. PMP without project management experience would be unusual.
