I'm a graduate that's looking for a role, due to a long-term sickness was unable to accept my grad offer and as a result I am stuck as I graduated 2 years back so cannot go for grad roles and too inexperienced for Analyst roles.
Prior to my sickness, I had grad offers from BlackRock + other banks.
I have strong internship experience in IBD at a BB + t6 firm.

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I’m considering debt consolidation, specifically a company called National Debt Relief which seems legit but I’m just so hesitant because I’m scared to make my situation worse. Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

Does anyone know about Sage Group? Seems to be a boutique firm but not sure about their culture and overall dealflow in the market.

Directors/MDs, outside of promotion years, what’s been the largest YoY fluctuation in your bonus/TC? What did you attribute to it?
