2. NTT data - Delivery role -Lead position.

Compensation is almost same. NTT offering a bit more .

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

Current CTC - 30Lakhs P.A

I have offers from IBM - 28.5 Lakhs P.A. and HCL - 39 Lakhs P.A.

IBM HR mentioned I can negotiate further once I share HCL offer letter which I am yet to receive.

Can you guys please assist if IBM matches HCL which one I can choose? TIA

Is it a good choice to move to Norway? What benefits does a person get when they move to an onsite location ?
