Current package 8.5 LPA ( 8.1 is fixed) from TCS Digital .
Skill set :- SAP Hybris /SAP CX and SAP C4 HANA
Location :- Kolkata
YOE : 3 years and 8 months
How much should I asked from Accenture? Please suggest me minimum and maximum range?

N.B. : 1. This is my first switch from day one with TCS
2. Awaiting for offer of 12.37 fixed from IBM from past one month. Not sure will they release it or not?

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
