I currently work at Deloitte as an entry level analyst in the tech space (almost at my 1 year mark). I’m also attending GaTech for a masters in analytics in hopes of pivoting to a data science role. I have some personal projects down, certs and boot camp experience as well. Anyone know of any good internships to hit the ground running. Looking to be in FAANG within the next 2-3 years.

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Any advice/books/... on stakeholder management at that level? Especially when things fail/discussing budgets/new hires etc.

Are all the Oracle certifications free irrespective of our team after we join Oracle? Or WT can do certification only of our manners assigns any to us?

Any other hiring managers feeling like all of your candidates are asking for more money last minute just to see how far they can go? Hey, I have been trying to land on a job since march and only been facing rejections. I will be graduating in the month of december and I have no offer in hand. I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.
