Hi all, I had a phone screen with a recruiter on 11/23, and he said his coordinator would reach out in scheduling an interview with the practice manager. I haven’t heard from the coordinator and emailed the recruiter this morning but nothing yet. My application is in “interview” status. Should I just move on?

How do you explain a small resume gap?

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

Hi I am through the technical interview for Oracle fusion middleware admin position, with 3.2 years experience. Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA. I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(
