I have been working for 2.8 yrs in support and completed the Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Devops Expert. Had hands-on experience in administration. Now involved in production support related to GCP and asking me to learn the GCP Data Engineer course. My thoughts on learning Azure Architect.

I am confused with learning and also if I am searching for the job confused to search for designation like Azure Administrator/Engineer or Devops(not experienced) or Support.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?
