Hi All, i have completed 2 Technical rounds, i was not in notice period but they asking for resignation mails or any proofs. But i shared that notice period negotiation will happen and also they asked employement details, not shared LWD there i kept as waiting for your confirmation to put the official resignation. From 2 days, i didn’t get the response. Do they accept my request and go further for Hr round. Please share your view.

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). The based salary is low $120k. Firm is in Tx. I’d love to hear your comments.
