Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Recieved an offer from a small company (150 employees - Services domain) which is in my native state (infopark kochi). Tey offer 21 LPA as Prod Owner.
Note: Relocation and cost of living in Blr are high but organization is established. Also wl ask to return to office shortly.
