I feel like I’ve retained nothing as I have severe ADHD and watching the videos for 7 hours straight nearly I literally cannot focus that long. I just moved recently and day 1-4 were okay, but I’ve taken adderall for years by Rx and when I went to get my refill I was told I couldn’t get on since doc was out of state. So I had to solve that which took 4 days. I had mild-severe withdrawal sympt

Anyone noticed that with aerobic / cardio exercises it gets more difficult to focus? It is like my mind a TV and someone else gets the remote and goes through every channel every 30 seconds or so

How in the world do you eat the recommended amount of protein? Do you snack on ground beef? Have chicken breast for breakfast? I’m 130lbs and struggle to eat more than 50 grams on a good day.

Recently, some of my family members are diagnosed with a rare diseases. When you look at the statistics, these are so many of these ‘rare’ conditions and cumulatively they are not rare.

A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k).
