I need career advice. I have 3 years of experience as a manual ETL tester, but after being laid off in Aug, However, there are fewer openings, so I upskilled in automation tech which helped me get automation role interviews.
However, I find myself struggling to answer project-based questions in interviews. Should I focus on ETL testing, where I’m more confident, or continue pursuing automation testing, which is more in demand?
Any advice would be appreciated!

I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.
