Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Where is this located? They can go waaaay higher. I’d say base: 130k-140k, sign on 1: 60-70k, sign on 2: 40-60k, RSU: 50+
It's remote, based out of Houston. I've heard that a total comp between 180-200K is reasonable. The exact group is RME/facilities (the group is pretty new, so I don't have much baseline data)
If this is Bay Area/NYC it’s extremely low.
Based on some info I've gathered from other sites, I'm thinking about the following counter:
Base: $150K
Bonus: $71K total ($41K Year 1, $30K Year 2)
RSUs: 35 (based on current $3,300 stock price)
This would be a total comp of around ~$200K for the first four years. Thoughts?
Rising Star
The base seems high to me. In Seattle, base is capped off at $160k for everyone so that wouldn’t give you room for much of a raise. As an L7, I think my base started in the $150s a few years ago.
Thanks for the great feedback y'all. Here's my updated counter offer:
Base: $142K
Bonus: $84K total ($49K Year 1, $35K Year 2)
RSUs: 42 (based on current $3,300 stock price)
Would love/appreciate some final feedback. Want to make sure I'm approaching this the right way (and not falling flat on my face with a ridiculous counter offer)
I told the recruiter after performing some research on L6 positions for my type of role and based on the current compensation in my current job, I wanted to present a counteroffer for consideration. While they didn't meet all my asks, the recruiter was very responsive and came back with a counter the same day
The rsu s they are giving are low currently... they offered me 20 for L6 non tech program manager.
They offered me 29? The position is similar to yours in terms of level
I'm at HQ2, in a hard to fill quant role, L6, and I was able to get 95 RSUs when they were worth 1800. My position was a little higher market rate, and DC's a little more expensive, but there's still room to squeeze ~10 more RSUs out in negotiations.
They replied with the following counter:
Base Salary: $133K
Signing Bonus: $40K Year 1, $30K Year 2
RSUs: 36
I still think that's fairly low and that I could still negotiate higher. Thoughts/advice on an approach would be great.
If you don’t have a competing offer, your best bet would be to call the recruiter and say ‘look, I’ll sign if you can get to X’. Be ready for them to say no, and decide if that’s enough for you to accept or walk.
Wooow I got hella under paid. How much experience did you come in with?
