Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped? Hi does anyone have health anxiety while working out? Haven’t worked out since September and really scared of going back to the gym because I gained some weight and I become very panicky when my heart rate goes high. Anyone has any tips on how I can go back to the gym and go back to enjoying my workouts?

I thought I was getting better (was currently working with my doc to slowly taper off my antidepressant) but my anxiety attacks are coming back. I think I’m just not meant to be unmedicated. I ended up requesting to go back to my original dosage

Four years out of rehab today. Mostly sober since I “graduated”. Sometimes I want to act out and be caught, so I can be punished…because I don’t believe I was punished enough or suffered enough (divorce, losing a house, suicidal thoughts aren’t punishment enough apparently).
