Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or itās just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

I recently lateraled to a T2 at the manager level. First, you have to undergo the normal interview process. If you succeed, you are in a pretty good position to ask for a sign-on bonus. They might even offer it to you proactively as thereās a high need for Managers. If you want to be more careful, you can use different wording (relocation allowance/ home office allowance/ claiming the bonus you miss from your old firm..)
Also, if you have been contacted by an external headhunter, they can help you steer the negotiation.
For me, it was half of the monthly salary without being overly pushy. Heard others got a full monthly salary.
OP and SC1: did you have to do full case interviews? How many?
Looks like itāll be full process, however Iām only seeing people from specific practice I might join.
Was also wondering how those conversations can differ from entry/post-MBA interviews - thanks SC1 for shedding some light on it.
