Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well and staying safe during the holiday season. I wanted to take a moment to highlight a role that I’m hiring for - Sr. Learning & Talent Development Partner. If you’re interested, I’ve added to the Fishbowl jobs board - https://joinfishbowl.com/job_rpc2p5vsvq. Feel free to reach out directly if you’d like to chat. :)
I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.
EY KPMG Deloitte PwC.

1) Yes, absolutely. Name does matter.
2) You can do Biz Analytics but if you want to do data science, why not do a Masters in Data Science or Computer Science. With a technical degree, you can get a less technical job. It’s harder to go the other way.
3) The jobs are there - especially on the vendor side and to some extent in house. There are a few jobs agency side but not nearly as many as there at any of the ad tech vendors.
Thank you for your sharing.
Re 2) My undergraduate degree was in Marketing. Most of the MS in CS or DS program requires a background in Quant, Math or CS major, so with a non-tech background, it is more difficult for me to get accepted to MS in CS than to MSBA.
Im very interested in Machine Learning. But not sure if there are related opportunities in adtech/programmatic?

Which school is this from? You'll get plenty of opportunities in programmatic, but with the upcoming cookieless movement, it doesn't look promising.
I'm currently in a msba program as well, and recruiters are calling me simply because of the school name itself... school matters.
If you don’t mind me asking, what school did you go to? I’m in the process of applying to a few MSBA programs myself.
