I'm having 3.8 YOE in SAP ABAP HANA. My CCTC is 7.55. I got the offer letter from Accenture today (Management Level 10) without salary discussion. It was mentioned as 10.36LPA fixed and one XL sheets was there which has some different amount.I was expecting 14-15LPA fixed. How shall I proceed, shall I call the HR and tell him to revise the compensation? Anybody faced the same situation?

Anyone leave before their bonus (before knowing what the amount was) and then regret it when it turned out to be a huge bonus? Got a great offer that I want to take but feeling FOMO by leaving the bonus on the table.

And yes, I tried moving the start date and asking them to cover the lost bonus but they said no and it’s still a better offer and it would be irresponsible not to take it.

An investment related query. I'm drawing 1 lac/month salary currently and serving notice period with lwd-26-Aug. So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right? Offered a Sr Analyst role at a small tech consulting firm (300-400 staff) in Downtown Toronto. What should I expect in terms of compensation? I'm coming from government in a SrBA position with a salary (70-90k) over the last 4 yrs, so I really have no idea what's industry average.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
