Hi all! I’m relatively new to Market Research supporting marketing in pharma. I’m wondering if anyone can point me to materials about commercialization and marketing procedures in different big pharma companies. I really need to learn the terms of art and the different processes and teams. I gather, for example, that Lilly has a really robust and systematic approach which I need to learn and understand (can you help with that?) but am not sure about AbbVie, etc.? Any resources that could help?

Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
