Hi all! I’ve been a Recruiter and Account Manager at an agency for 15 years. We run a full desk and for the last 7 years, I’ve continued to run a full desk while managing the recruiting and administrative teams. It’s time for me to find a new opportunity as I’ve outgrown my role and I work for a small, family owned business so there is nowhere else for me to “go”. Any suggestions on $100K+ jobs that are fully remote or hybrid? I also don’t mind reporting in-person; located in southeast Michigan.

I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)

Hey all, started my role as a recruiter at an agency recently and had my first placement! It was great until the candidate wants to renegotiate the base and benefits after the current company counter-offered when the candidate no longer sees the future. Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad.
