I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?

Are there any role and responsibility differences between being an full time ACD and a freelance ACD?

A couple questions for the turnaround consulting fishes:
1. Is FP&A experience valuable for restructuring/turnaround consulting? I’m a CPA with experience in Big 4 FDD and a short stint in IB. Total work experience is a little over 2 years. I recently joined a RE company as a Sr FA in FP&A where I expect that I’ll be mostly doing budgeting & forecasting work.
