Hi all, need some advice on my future from those whom have life experience. I’ve been in the accounting field for around 4 years. I enjoy my job, but I prefer the business side of things, less accounting itself. I would like to enter consulting later in the year so I’m tied up with what I should do next… my work has offered me paid ACCA/CIMA (UK) however I am looking at an MBA as it interests me more and is recognised more internationally.. what should I do?

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
