Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

Depends on what role. Most of the online assessment is basic skills - how you synthesize information given, make an assessment and determine a path forward. Some of it is behavioral scenarios (a person made an error, which is the “best answer” in giving them feedback). Lastly there’s a section that is a sliding scale of “what is most like you”.
On the other side of things now and I’ve never referred to those exams in making a hiring decision. The recruiter tells me if she sent them through from an interview they’ve “passed” that section.
Read the LPs and apply that logic in your approach!
I haven’t heard of a clear failure threshold, and have never seen scores at the end of the test. In my experience that has all stayed with the recruiters. You got this!
