What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's next, everyone has to spend min. 50k a year to get Centurion lounge access or pay per visit.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.
