Do they have the following for tax savings?
1. car rental(10k max),
2. driver salary (10k max),
3. car maintenance,
4. food coupon,
5. mobile & internet allowance
6. research allowance (books & journals), etc.

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov

Does BNY Mellon not give anything in writing about the bonus that gets paid once a year?My cousin is negotiating an offer and they are only talking abt the fixed amount that will come on the offer letter and are assuring that the bonus will be paid out at the end of each year.
