I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Just received a verbal offer from Deloitte Healthcare Ops and Transformation. The salary would be a big bump, technically taking a demotion from SC -> C

I know they laid off people a while back and are now hiring again. Should I be worried about job security at all?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. But i dont like being in SAP as most of the opportunities will remain in service companies, want to move into high paying product companies.
At this level of exp which field i can choose in which transition is not extremely hard. I tried doing ds algo things using java but no success as the daily work i do on my job is totally different. Due to this i am not getting accustomed to those things.
