SCARED MONEY DONT MAKE MONEY. BUY NOK 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Unlikely they are going to want to filter through video or audio recordings to see what your doing. But with that said there is software to monitor idle time, key stokes, websites, etc that are much easier to use automation to filter through that companies can use to “monitor” employees.
If so, I’m breaking the microphone and camera.
You could join calls from your work phone for audio and use an external web cam you control when needed
Oh yeah buddy. They have you monitored, recorded watched on a 24/7 surveillance watch. Ya better sleep with one eye open cause the feds are gonna come and SNATCH you right up
So I have switched firm and no longer in KPMG if that’s why you so sarcastic
Spy? That’s probably the wrong word to use. They can literally detect your keystrokes,so I doubt they waste time watching you work. Why are you concerned? Are you up to something nefarious?
“Why yes, I don’t mind being recorded and filmed by my employer. What are you? Some kind of weirdo?”
Yes. If you're using company equipment they're perfectly capable of viewing your screens, camera, etc.
I put a post it over mine. A company post it.
It depends on the state. It's illegal in some states if they don't have your consent.
Agreed - looking at what is on your computer perfectly fine.
Recording through your camera? That’s a criminal act in MA. Doubt any large employer is doing that. Little payoff for a massive criminal liability if found.
Edit: to be clear - every employer should operate on the assumption that your employer has access to anything you’ve accessed on a work device. I just wouldn’t worry they’re recording you. That’s a legal nightmare scenario for the employer.
Just use an external Webcam and leave any cord coming out of the monitor except for the Power & HDMI/DP Cable unplugged from your Docking Station.
They can definitely monitor what sites you visit and how often youre on the computer but ofc, there are ways around that too
Why would they care what monitor you use
Sometimes it’s because their IT support systems for remote employees need to be familiar with your equipment in the case that something doesn’t function properly.
I’d read your contract to double check.
