I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
