Help! I wanted to know your thoughts about accepting a job and forgetting to negotiate salary and 3 months in asking for a raise. Should I just wait or should mention it? BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

Advice pls - was confirmed that Deloitte would be moving to offer approx 3 weeks ago. Offered lower than expected salary, asked for an increase and haven’t received any confirmation on the original or revised offer. Chased recruiter a few times only to receive a reply that its pending partner approval. Passed up a better offer in favour of getting into consulting and have another offer which I cannot afford to lose. Passed up offer 85k FNZ SC, current offer £80K Barclays VP, Deloitte -70k+6.7.

Any @capgemini fishes here to confirm current salary band for C and SC? Ideally HR Transformation and EE experience but just good to get some numbers and what leeway is there in negotiation?
