I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. I have applied to at least 1000+ jobs within the past 6 months and can’t find anything. I’m getting very overwhelmed with finding some remote work. I feel like I graduated at an awkward time (2020) so my experience isn’t as relevant and isn’t getting me anywhere.

Starting to feel a little defeated. How do you deal with an executive that works on their calendar too? And doesn’t really give you full control? I was moving things around making a meeting work and then my executive moved everything around and screwed up everything I worked on.
