I am getting almost the same package in both the companies(hardly 2 lakh difference is there).

Kindly suggest to me which 1 is better in terms of work life balance, policies and for long term career goals,

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Should I try to negotiate a raise or look for other opportunities?

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
