I have recently graduated from college with a degree in architecture. Does anyone from New Jersey, New York, or even PA know any connections in the architecture industry? Want to get my career going especially getting more practical experience.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.

I am currently in school for Bachelors Healthcare management/Admin. I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about how they got the same degree but haven’t been able to find a job or anything. I chose this degree because honestly I want to get paid in the future. I’m almost done so it’s entirely too late to switch. What jobs can I look into with this degree that would compensate me well once i graduate. I’ve been looking into healthcare consulting but if there’s any other suggestions i’m open!! thx

At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Hi ME 🐠s! Would like to know a bit regarding Business Analyst roles in MBB, T2 / B4 firms in UAE. I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise?
