I've completed technical and managerial round at citiustech. It went well.
I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
Please guide me I really want to get selected in this company and switch from my current employer.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

Any resume writer referrals? I’m trying to make the jump into project management. I have 13YOE managing cross-departmental projects and people, and I’d like to shed the general EA work of calendars/travel/expenses. But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about. I’m hoping a better written resume will help target algorithms to get my resume viewed for other roles.

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. Can someone please for the love of god help me figure out how I can pay less income taxes? I only make 88k and I put the 12k standard deduction but I’m still getting taxed 27% of my paychecks!
