Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer.
