Hi Everyone,
I really like to wake up early and eat healthy food atleast I was doing these things before I got married.
Now my husband is exact opposite. He sleeps at 2 or 3 in night and wakes up late. Doesn't like to eat anything healthy and is very picky. Initially it was ok but now I have a 2 yo and I am gaining weight and prediabetic. If I mention this issue to my husband he would say eat whatever you want and don't think about me. Now he will skip the meal and won't say a word.cont

You will have to prepare 2 meals, don't expect him to change. My mom do the same :)

Understand, speak with him, ask him to help cooking two separate meals or eat the healthy stuffs you are cooking.
Can you take maid's help? To do the preparation and all?

Early to bed , Early to rise is good for long life..
I am following same routine as yours..27 yrs...till 17-22 I was like him only.
Late bed, late rise will give many disease like cancer, etc

Listen these youtube videos in speaker when he is around..

May be he change..to make habit it takes atleast 21 days of contionus learning...Don't force your decision...Make him accept by own..

Follow 80/20 rule. Prepare healthy food 80% of the time and let him eat whatever he wants to eat 20% of the time.

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? How does one get on at a family office?

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.
