I'm currently looking for a job in Amazon Ads. I have 17 months of experience in the field, and I'm a team lead with experience managing 10 members.

In my previous role, I was responsible for developing and executing Amazon Ads campaigns for a variety of clients. I have a strong understanding of the Amazon Ads platform, and I'm skilled in creating effective campaigns that drive results.

1. Increased sales by 20% through Amazon Ads campaigns.
2. Reduced CPA by 15%.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
