Post-graduation completed in 2020. Experience across multiple roles. Completed an Investment Banking Nanodegree Jobaaj with hands-on valuation and modeling projects.
My questions:
1. Which entry or junior finance roles would you recommend targeting with this background?
2. What skills or tools should I prioritize strengthening right now to improve my interview outcomes?

Hello I have an online interview scheduled for power programmer having 2 years of experience what kind of questions can I accept ? Will there be a coding test too if so would it be technology based or DSA?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
