Which area is good for IT employees to purchase flat from future perspective -Hingewadi or Kharadi/Wagholi. Which area companies are good as recently I shifted to Pune so not much aware of.
Currently I am in Hingewadi area so I know which property is good here. Can anyone tell me about Kharadi/Wagholi side? My budget is around 60-65L for 2 bhk.

Is it mandatory to submit previous employment declaration while submitting Income tax declaration. Or we can just skip this. Since this is my 2 nd company not aware of this much. What happens at the end of financial year if we don't declare previous employment declaration. Seniors kindly help🙏

My fiancé and I (ages 30 and 31) are about to buy a house. We would put down 10% for a 835k purchase price. Our combined income is $265k. VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? Liquidate all my robo advisors and then buy VOO? Hope you all don’t roast me too hard!
