Hi everyone!
I’m curious—what’s worked best for you in your job search lately? Have you tried using AI tools, resume services, or specific job boards that you’ve found especially helpful?

I personally like Glassdoor since it gives a sense of company culture through ratings and reviews. Would love to hear what’s been useful for others!

2 things have worked well for me:
- Direct and honest referrals for jobs that I’m a great fit for.
- applying within hours of the job being posted and being near the top of the applicant “stack”

I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. I have been doing this work for 7+ years now (total YOE 12 years) so certainly have the right skillset. I have tried a couple of referrals too but that didn’t help either. Any advice you guys could provide would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?
