I have prior experience in UAT, business process controls (A-123). I am planning on passing the Security plus and CISSP certs within 2 yrs. Have a TS clearance. Hi fishes, I’m currently working as a security consultant, primarily involving around the vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security audits on the Salesforce and web platform. My current CTC is 14 LPA with ~3yoe, based in hyderabad location.

I am looking for some advice, is my current CTC at par with cybersecurity industry, also and having thoughts of, should I be switching my carrier to other stream like development(android & iOS)?

Guilt and shame about working in a legal position for years where, instead of using my law degree (was supposed to do legal work per the job posting), I served as a personal assistant to my boss/did nothing for maybe half the time. I feel like I was paid for work I didn't do. I've since left that job but the guilt and shame remains. I feel that I lack the character of a lawyer and that I am unworthy of the profession. I don't know how to make up for the lost years or how to forgive myself.

Possible to get into BigLaw or regional Big Law without top grades as a non-traditional lateral? Been out of law school several years, have five years of industry adjacent quasi legal experience and am in my second year at a traditional boutique firm practicing corp/securities.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
